LionShare is a distribution platform that brings together like-minded people with differing but complementary skill sets: portfolio managers, practice management specialists, and wholesalers, with the operational scale and resources of Regal Investment Advisors to empower and aid in the development of independent Registered Investment Advisors and Investment Advisor Representatives.

LionShare creates a bridge between portfolio managers and potential advisors to expand the marketplace. We offer analysis on risk, performance, and fee structures. Through these efforts, LionShare builds strong relationships and helps create a positive client experience in a fiduciary manner.

LionShare and its strategic partners have the ability to create compliant marketing materials such as pitch books and financial presentations; analyze investment performance statistics; and, manage advisor relations. Sub-Advisory and Solicitor relationships are available from an independent wholesaler network that spans the nation.

Kevin Berwald is National Sales Manager and VP of Distribution for LionShare, a DBA for Regal Investment Advisors, LLC and President of Berwald Financial Services LLC, a sales training, coaching, consulting and financial services company, Regal Financial Group, Grosse Ile, MI. He utilizes proven process and strategies designed to help individuals, teams, and businesses suitably earn more revenue, make their lives easier and have more fun.

Kevin Berwald began his financial services career in 1988 after graduating from Olivet College with a BA in Business where he was a four-year varsity wrestler, and Co-Captain his Senior year. Over the last 30-plus years, Kevin has had a history of experiences, success and accomplishments that make him uniquely qualified to lead sales distribution and assist advisors and his clients in achieving their personal goals.

Kevin lives on Grosse Ile, Michigan with his wife and two sons, where they enjoy boating and fishing on the Detroit River and Lake Erie. They are members of the Grosse Ile Golf and Country Club and enjoy spending time raising honey bees.
